I didn’t start Numbers By Nikole because I love spreadsheets (even though I kind of do). I started it because I saw too many business owners, especially moms, stressed out over bookkeeping. The late-night Google searches, the tax-time panic, the “I think I’m making money, but where in the world is it going?” moments.

My goal is to end that stress by handling your books for you.

With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 20+ years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how clear, accurate bookkeeping can transform a business - giving owners the confidence to make smarter financial decisions without second-guessing everything.

After having my kiddo, I knew the typical 9-5 wasn’t going to cut it. I wanted flexibility, balance, and the ability to actually help people in a way that mattered. So, I built Numbers By Nikole to make that possible because while I love numbers, I love helping business owners finally understand them even more.

When I’m not knee-deep in numbers, you’ll find me spending time with my kiddo, husband, and our three chaos-loving pups (two Huskies and a Jack Russell). We love being outdoors, and when I slow down, you’ll usually find me baking something new or binge-watching a great Netflix series.
