  • Pricing depends on the complexity of your business and bookkeeping needs. After our initial chat, I’ll send over a customized proposal. To give you an idea, my base rate starts at $350/month.

  • No, we don’t provide tax services, but I do make sure your books are 100% tax-ready for your CPA, which saves them time (and saves you money). If you need an accountant, I’ve got some great referrals.

  • Your CPA uses your books for tax prep, they don’t actually manage them. Bookkeeping keeps your finances in order all year long so you can:

    ✔ Get a clear picture of your financial health.

    ✔ Be prepared for audits (just in case).

    ✔ Apply for loans with accurate records in hand.

    ✔ Catch errors or fraud before they become big problems.

    ✔ Save money by avoiding mistakes and maximizing deductions.

  • Easy! During onboarding, you’ll fill out an ACH recurring payment form. Once signed, payments will be drafted on the 1st of every month.

  • No contract is required, but keep in mind there are no partial-month refunds.

  • Yes! Once we agree we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an engagement letter outlining our working relationship and expectations so we’re both on the same page from day one.

  • Communication is a top priority, and I respond to emails, texts, or phone calls within 24-48 business hours.  I also offer quarterly zoom meetings if you want a more in-depth financial review.
